I know. The lazy ones are kinda irritating. Im implamenting diet, exercise, relaxation, stretching, and standard psychotherapy; and my anxiety is still high as hell. I have heart palpitations all day long, have trouble sleeping, and just feel drained. Any suggestions??? Thanks for the videos Doc.

I'm not a doctor, but i'll tell you my story. Multiple Sclerosis forced me to change my diet. The unexpected benefit was an incredible peace and uplifted mood. I don't know all the workings of this reaction, but I think a Naturopath might be able to help you. The effect of a clean diet is extraordinary. No problem seems overwhelming (not even MS), and life just feels better. Be well.

Does anyone know of a First Line Therapy clinic in El Paso, TX? Thanks.

that is SUCH a load of crap! Most people have been given the WRONG INFO so when they fail they just feel like giving up. They are told they can lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks when it is physiologically IMPOSSIBLE to loose more than 2 lbs of fat a week. It's misinformation like this that sets you up to fail! If only there were more Drs like this

more money spent on falure than sucess these days, otherwise the likes of chicken soup, the secret, and all the others would not sell

I can introduce you to someone that lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT! This 2 pound a week thing that you are talking about is information that is outdated.
Posted Mar 9 2009 8:15PM by DRDNIBOY
No it's not. EVERY BODY is only able to lose 2 lbs of FAT a week. Anything above and beyond that is water and lean muscle mass which is the last thing you want to lose if you are trying to get rid of extra fat on your body. This person may have lost 10 lbs but it was NOT 10 lbs of fat. You will lose a lot of water any time you start a new diet in mist cases.

You lose weight through a healthy lifestyle, not having a healthy lifestyle through losing weight. people can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks but in the long run you will gain all those pounds back, it is best to lose 1-2 lbs per week. Just stay away from food that contains fat, oil, and sugar. Eat more vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, kale, collard, tomato, and sweet potato. Even if you have the above vegetables you still have to find a good recipe that fits ur taste. This is simple but yet hard

I did say stay away from fats but I meant chips, fatty meat, oil and such. Everyone should consume the good fats from nuts such as almonds. Most people do not realize what they want in the first place, they think they want to lose weight to look good but the reality is you look good because you are healthy physically not because you're skinnier.
